Charming holiday home with community pool

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- Booking fee 61 €
- Inscription fee 5 €/person
- Bed linen/towels 18 € / person / set (mandatory)
- Guarantee 200 € (will be refunded within 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 80 kwh / week for electricity additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between October - May the expenses for elcetricity, water and gas are to pay completely per consumption.

The Space:
Charming terraced house with private garden and direct access to the community pool. From the terrace and the pool you have sea views.

The house is in a very nice residential area at the foot of the Cumbre del Sol.

It has 1 living-dining room (with heating and air conditioning, open fireplace) and American kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning), 1 bathroom.

Grill and Internet are available to tenants.

A small dog (up to 10 kg and more than 1 year old) is allowed on request.

Guest Access:
somebody will meet the guest.

Getting Around:
Various beaches can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Restaurant within walking distance, supermarket 1.4 km.
