”I enjoyed my stay. The concierge Pam was so warm snd pleasant. She made you feel at home. There was one woman in particular that was upstairs and worked the reception desk at the spa and also at the front desk reception that I did not care for her attitude. When she was asked a question she was rude and unfriendly. Because of her I never went to the spa. Otherwise everyone else very nice especially Pam. ”

”Daniel the concierge was really great to Monica and I on our special day getting married in SF City Hall. He answered all of our questions and gave us great suggestions. The room was overall clean and maintained. The whole area looks decorated and well taken care of. The only thing I will say was the room was small, but I’m sure anyone would agree a clean room > dirty room regardless of size, any day. Anyway we will definitely be coming back to the Inn at the Opera in the future. Thank you...
