”Would absolutely recommend staying here. We regret not staying here longer. Everything is exactly as pictured, very clean and the environment is peaceful. The treehouse is cozy, check in was quick and simple and the lounge area is perfect. I would recommend taking time to explore the grounds - they are beautiful. We loved getting to know the owners, great people. ”

”Fabulous location within a 2 minute walk to lake for swimming and other water activities. 5 minute drive to quaint downtown Sunapee and 5 minutes to Sunapee mountain! We were in the area for a wedding and our family of 6 fit comfortably into the cozy cabin with an expansive screen porch and comfortable couch seating for all. Made s’mores in outdoor fire pit and listened to loons calling on the lake. Weather wasn’t great but we still had fun and wished we could stay a week. Wonderfully responsive...

”Stayed with my husband, son, daughter in law and 3 year old granddaughter. We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very well appointed. Morning walks to the river and roasting marshmallows at night. Butterflies, wild turkeys, and a toad were highlights for the little one. A short drive to Wellington state park and about 30 minutes to restaurants. I imagine it would also be a perfect location in fall and winter”

”Beautiful and cozy cabin, with plenty of space and games! We were a big group of 7 adults and we really enjoyed our stay. With a fire place inside and out, it's the perfect spot for milk and cookies...! Would recommend! :)”

”The house was exactly what we were looking for! It was so clean and had a great layout. The house felt really private and the area seemed pretty quiet and peaceful, no noisy neighbors. Our older kid loved having the bunk house as a bedroom. And the screened in porch was the most perfect and comfortable place for us to have all of our meals. I was a little worried about the lake when we first arrived. The house is located in a grassy part of the lake. But it is a quick boat ride to the sandbar...

”The house is rather rustic and unfinished, there are construction debris and materials scattered about the property. There are no door mats in case of rain, there were only four towels provided for a six-night stay, the running water in the house smelled like sulfur, bare light bulbs in fixtures, moldy shower curtain, high humidity made staying in the house and sleeping very uncomfortable, the surface of the dining island was contact paper, fire pit broken, abandoned property right next door in...

”We stayed in this really nice cabin for 3 days and it was great. The cabin looks relatively new, so everything was pristine. The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size. The kitchen was stocked well and very functional. We really enjoyed the game room above the garage. The location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. It's very close to the southern end of Lake and Mt. Sunapee, so lots of outdoor activities. This would be a place we would return to.”

”Very lovely cabin with thoughtful interior accoutrements. All of the necessities were there to make a comfy stay. The views were stunning and we found plenty to do in Woodstock and surrounding towns. Great nearby eateries, too.”

”The house was super convenient to Mount Sunapee and Newport is a really nice town. There were two families staying at the house with kids ranging from 11 years old to 1 year old. Everyone was very comfortable and we all had a lot of fun. I highly recommend staying there.”
