”Rooms did not have a microwave or refrigerator. Very noisy! I guess they are in the process of remodeling but our room was one of the outdated rooms and not sure if we were put there because we had a dog. The mattress had lumps in it and very uncomfortable.”

”If you expect a 5 star motel, this is not the place; however, staff was efficient, super friendly and helpful. Rooms are old and rather small but you can tell they continue to update things so that everything works, is stylish and sufficient for your stay. Minimal continental breakfast but perfect for some good coffee and something to fill your belly before you hit the road. Within walking distance to many venues in the city. First time we stayed there but I would certainly consider going...

”Our check in was quick and friendly, and the owner was great. The room was clean, and tidy. Its fairy bare bones, 1 soap bar 1 roll of TP. The bed and pillows aren't very comfortable, but i would stay again. It was a great price, and a reasonable walking distance to downtown. Upside, the property had a really friendly cat.”

”Perfect location to go to the Little Caesar Arena. Free people mover station on block corner. Good restaurant options in walking distance. Staff was friendly. Apt was spacious and had what we needed. I think bugs may be bit of an issue there, but they do tend to come in more when it's cold. A great stay over all. ”

”Ok. The AI bot won’t let me put prices in the review. So….The property itself was fine. It was clean and there were some nice touches: ear plugs, new kitchen sponge, white noise machine in the bedroom, etc. Text messaging communication was good. There were two things that were not so great: the convenience store next door had sketchy people hanging out who panhandled us whenever we came or went. The WORST thing was the parking lot (on the left as you face the building) which has a sign that says...
