”We thought it was a lot of house for the money. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to navigate. House was quirky but we enjoyed it. Especially enjoyed hiking on the nearby trail. Also recommend the cable museum,,and a visit to Brigus. One should also know that Bay Roberts has all the stores etc,,but no downtown section and there is a fairly busy road in front of the house.”

”This property was an exceptional find. Exactly as advertised but with a view more spectacular than imagined. Very clean property with all the necessary amenities. The cottage was extremely comfortable and spacious with exceptionally beautiful bedrooms with loads of closet space. ”The house stunk. We washed the floors on arrival and there was dog hair all over. We opened windows for a week to get rid of smell. The patio area was disgusting and only had one chair and no bbq. None of the photos represented the house. The laundry area stinks”

”We had a fantastic time at this place. There was 4 of us staying there. Plenty of room and very cozy. Close to everything downtown we were able to walk around and see the sights. I had my girlfriend and daughter from Ontario with me, there first time in Newfoundland we really enjoyed ourselves. ”This is the place to stay if you want to be close to downtown and surrounded by the charm of St. John's! Everything you need and more in the condo unit, very clean and super communication with owner.”

”We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name).
