It was close to the beach and you cannot swim in the water behind the property as it is water access for boats etc. to come in and out of the area. ”This is a large house with ample bedrooms and bathrooms. Some of the mattresses are extra firm and I would suggest some rooms be furnished with twin beds instead of queen. Although there are two large sitting areas the dining room is small and couldn’t seat our group. There were a few housekeeping issues but when I reached out by email I received no response so we managed to resolve the issues ourselves. The location is great and we enjoyed our stay here. We hope to return next year.”

The air conditioning is in the living room only but it's very strong, if you leave bedroom doors open you might need a warmer blanket, so it's great. Warm water in the shower runs out after two quick showers until the boiler warms up some more. 1-2min walk to the beach. Found some shards of glass from bottles in the sand, near BBQ machine, so wear your flip...

The place is not very fancy, but cozy and perfect to reconnect with people from far away.The river was a nice backdrop, There were wild ducks also.Saturday dinner was 14 people. Lots of room for people to prepare dinner, eat and chat.”
