Had to call Vacasa and get key to lock box and physical key. Even then, the door would not lock behind us. 2) Internet did not work until third day of stay. ”We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean. Ample linens for the 4 of us. The loft had great board game, books and videos to watch. It took us a bit to figure out on the gate for the gated community you need to push # before the entrance code got the gate to open. I would have given a 5 over all except at checkout.
