”Not worth the price. Too many stairs and steps, not good for elderly people. No lighting installed at the stair to 2nd floor. No snack provided with alcohol beverages at the restaurant/bar. Some of the plastic floor tiles around swimming pool were damaged and could easily cause an injury. No shaver provided.”

”Amazing friendly host with great English. I loved the stay and would absolutely be back on my next trip to Ayathayya. Very clean inside the rooms with A.C. Toast and Jam in morning for breakfast along with selection of drinks. They sell cold bottled water, soda, and rent out bikes.”

Le logement est spacieux, meublé avec gout, d'une proprete absolue. Le jardin au bord de l'eau est tres beau et magnifiquement entretenu. C'est un havre de paix à 2 pas de la ville. ”Very nice and clean room. Very friendly and supportive staff. Fast support via Whatsapp even when sightseeing in Ayutthaya. Good location for visiting temples by bike which are provided free of charge. We will definitely come back when again travelling to that part of Thailand.”

”This is my second visit to Cattani’s Riverside Home. It’s a unique property, but it’s absolutely stunning and amazing. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Cattani and her staff are amazing. The property is stunning, and each time I have used a tuk tuk to travel around the sights of Ayutthaya, before returning to the tranquil surroundings of Cattani’s riverside home. I tried the Japanese house with riverside balcony this time and I loved it. I’ll be back, I love this place and you will too.”

”Apparently this is one of the 'best' hotels in Ayutthaya so you have to take the good with the inconvenient. Designed as a 'boutique' hotel - emphasis seems to be on design over guest experience. The main passage is dramatic and impressive - leading to lots of halls with stairs to rooms on the upper levels. Some of the best upper rooms have very steep, very high spiral staircases - so be aware if you have any limitations. We had a terrace room on the main lever, but there were hard to see...

”This place is a must if you’re in the area. Service was white glove top-notch, they upgraded me even tho this was not a VIP access hotel from Expedia. The room was super spacious, luxury apartment style, everything is there for your needs. Room service is a tad expensive, but a small nag considering the overall experience was enjoyable. WiFi is good. Will 100% stay again without hesitation. ”

”We stayed one night at Roymen, wish we had more time to spend here. This is a beautiful property, very quiet and tranquil. The owner was so friendly, hospitable and accommodating, arranged a tuk tuk for us in no time! She tried helping me with a train ticket issue I was having. She provided us with a coffee and light snack to choose from for breakfast which was delicious. The air conditioning and water pressure was great. Would highly recommend this place. ”
