”We really like it at Rooms Huatulco. It’s the second year for us. It’s a small property and you get to know everyone by socializing around the pool. We like being able to cook some meals. The house keeping is excellent. One gal does it all. It’s central enough to walk many places or take a quick trip to the beaches in a taxi. ”

”The property was very nice and the room was new, however, it was not properly cleaned. When we first arrived, there was someone's shaved hair on the bathroom counter and the shower was not clean. They do not provide toiletries, so please make sure to bring your own.”

”The property was great, clean and spacious. The condo pool was large and the grounds were wry well kept. The connection to the Sea Soul club was great. The pool was excellent providing a great view to the Chahue bay. The bay was beautiful, but this bay is not for swimming, it had a red flag throughout the entire trip. Next to the club was a side street with various food shops that offered drinks and tasty food. There was only one downside to the trip, our contact was unavailable on our arrival...

”We stayed in T3, the furthest from town. Large 2 bdrm condo with larger common area. Alejandro was very nice and directed us into the unit, and called a cab for us when we left. Walkable to Santa Cruz and Entrega; we walked to Crucesita once, but it was about 4 miles. Cabs are cheap. The unit smelled of mold/mildew, but opening windows and doors helped. AC works well. Biggest downside: Next door has 5 dogs, which bark randomly at all hours. The neighborhood has several dogs, and they all...

”Right from the beginning the communication was very good. One small hiccup that was cleared up almost immediately by the host. The suite was clean and comfortable will all the amenities we require. The rooftop common area and pool was the best we’ve experienced. Extremely clean and useable. It was great that the property has security guards. Likely not necessary but made us feel secure. Overall a great experience and we will definitely be back. ”
