”A lovely clean and friendly place to stay. Very comfortable beds, nice decor, ample amenities for us. Lin, who runs this business is incredibly warm and attentive. She offered additional fresh chilled milk or water from the fridge conveniently located in the pretty dining room and asked if we wanted breakfast or some lunch. ”Middle of March and still fairly cold .Main heating doesn’t stay long enough to heat up the apartment.I had to use the electric heating which run on a meter .I ended up paying £15 on the electricity meter for heating ,lights and cooker for 3 nights stay .The downside for me was paying to keep the electricity going .Just be aware when booking ,they have the old electricity meter where you have to pay extra to keep the electricity going for the duration in your stay ”

”Hotel was a brilliant base for a short stay to visit family. Very evident that the owners have spent a considerable sum upgrading the hotel, in areas its modern clean and finished to a lovely standard. Some retro features like our room door lock still remain but ultimately don’t matter. Great staff, great breakfast each morning. Look forward to returning in the summer!”
