”In town for bowling tournament and this home made a great option versus a casino hotel (where tournament was). Neighborhood was QUIET and just what we'd hope for. The master bed was very comfortable and living room kitchen spaces very nice. Communication with host was excellent. ”

”The home is a beautiful and comfortable home. There were just a few things that i feel should have been in the kitchen such as foil, saran wrap, baggies. I would have loved the patio to have been cleaned up a little. Also needs dish towels and dish rags in the kitchen drawers”

”Very spacious house for entertaining your friends and family. Plenty of room and parking. Although some of the game room could use updating I will definitely consider it for future visits. Also the host needs to just leave the house rules and WiFi password on the kitchen counter for the guests to easily access.”

”1st time to Arizona and using VRBO. Once we made contact with our host everything was great. The home was fairly new, barely used. ”The home is clean and comfortable with an HVAC system guests can adjust as needed. There are two small bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, and roomy kitchen/dining area with plenty of storage. I recommend bringing the cooking equipment you expect to need for your stay. There is a large garage that is available if needed. The property is completely fenced and safe for pets to be outside by themselves. I come from a northern state, so the extensive sand and rocks common to the Topock area were hard...

”Okay for a quick budget friendly trip this place was solid. It is a little dated and definitely the bare necessities to sleep, shower and maybe just kock back and watch a movie . The bad reviews are dumb, because just like the people they bash they are also human. I definitely recommend this place for a lower budget trip where youre not there to live it up in the super cozy room. Pillows could be a little better that is my harshest criticism and it wasnt a deal breaker. So take what you want...
