”We had a lovely week in Madrid made all the better by our choice of apartment. The only negative was a little confusion over access to the keys, but that was quickly sorted. The apartment was clean with ample towels and bedding. The kitchen was basic but sufficient for our needs. There is a sofa and tv if needed. ”Die Unterkunft war zwar in einem Hinterhof gelegen, jedoch war es trotzdem bisschen laut, da dort Maschinen liefen, die ständig klapperten. Im Küchenbereich drang Regenwasser über die Decke ein, sodass der Boden bis zur Tür nass war. Leider gab es keinen extra Lappen, um das Wasser zu beseitigen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis akzeptabel. Die Kommunikation erfolgte ausschließlich über WhatsApp mit Übersetzungsfunktion, da der Vermieter nur Spanisch spricht.”

The place is charming, with two bedrooms facing the pedestrian-only street and one quiet one in the back. The bathroom is small but adequate; the kitchen has what you need. Central location and so much to do! Easy walk to bus, train, uber, shopping and groceries. We would definitely go back!”

”We had a great stay at Eva's place. The house and garden are beautiful, well kept and clean. The outside spaces are wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked with all cooking supplies. And there are nice cafes and playgrounds in the neighborhood. Highly recommend it for a family stay in Madrid.”

”Das Viertel Malasana hat Charme und Wohnung liegt prima. Aber geeignet als Ferienquartier ist dieses Appartement nicht. Es ist nicht nur viel zu klein, sondern man kann nur an wenigen Stellen überhaupt aufrecht stehen. Damit konnte man nach der Beschreibung wirklich nicht rechnen. Nachdem man die steile Stiege hochgekommen ist, kommt einem in der kleinen Dachkammer dann auch mal der Gedanke nach einem potenziellen Fluchtweg. im Brandfall. Über die Dächer wirkt das doch etwas unsicher. Die Dusche...

”Huge villa with flexible accommodation well suited to families and larger groups. We had fun in the large pool and ate all our meals in the outdoor dining space. Christian has provided so much to do, trampoline, table tennis, pool toys, table football etc so the children were never bored. Really great family holiday.”
