”Sam was an absolute pleasure to have as a host. Sam went above and beyond for me and my husband. Even as far as keeping an eye on the weather for us as we had a 7 hour drive back home. Keeps plenty of snacks and drinks stocked for guests. You always see Sam maintaining the property from sunrise to sunset. I would love to come back every time we visit the Pittsburgh area. ”I had a paid reservation at this Bed and Breakfast and when I arrived no one answered the door, or the phone. There were piles of snow blocking street parking and the walkway, and stairs were covered in snow and ice. I ended up having to make a reservation at the Embassy Suites.”

”We could not have asked for a more wonderful place to enjoy a low-key Thanksgiving! The location is great - close to shops/coffee and all the main hiking trails. The hardest part was actually getting ourselves to leave the place as they have created a very cozy vibe. We will definitely stay at another box hop property again!”

”We had an amazing stay, unfortunately the only parking was in a parking garage and you get charged anytime your vehicle leaves so we spent a pretty penny just to get to and from. Regardless the room and building itself was nice and clean, we also enjoyed the pool! Definitely recommend!”
