”If you like a room that smells humid and like an old cigarette, this is a place for you. The room hasn’t been upgraded in a generation and the shower had water damage and black mold on the ceiling. The pool and hottub were shut down, and looked like they had been for a while. Of course they didn’t provide notice of any of this, especially to a family coming up to enjoy skiing, and all the outdoor activities the Lake Placid area has to offer, and would love nothing else but to soak in a hot tub...

”Customer service was great with all the staff we associated with. The hotel is convient to shopping stores and gas station. Sams Club and Wal-Mart is walking distance and restraunts nearby. Bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. Staff tidy up our room, took out the trash, and refilled fresh clean towels for our 2 nights stay. Definitely recommend! ”
