Golfhotellit - Antibes, Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur

"We spent few nights in the hotel. Positives: room was spacious and had an amazing view as did the restaurant. The room had extra beds, but when opened it had old sheets and even a damp towel in it. Tried to inform the personnel, but due to language barrier, was not succesfull. We also we not informed about the shuttle bus to Antibes, which then turned out not to be running anyway, so had to take Bolt everywhere. Tried to get information if it was ok to take the room towels to the pool and asked for cups delivered to the room - no success. The next day our room missed again towels which were never delivered, so had to get them from the carriage. On the last night we got coffee to our room and some water, which were not there during the other nights. At breakfast the trays were empty 40mins before the end, no cups, plates, nothing. Overall, the hotel has potential of being a great resort, but with this service level it is barely 2 stars."
