Reunion
This place accommodated my 5 siblings and their families beautifully! Lots of space for everyone to spread out in without feeling on top of each other. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on the top level were perfect for the adults. The bottom level was amazing and perfect for the 2 year old. Was able to take hjs naps/bedtime routine without being disturbed,or for that matter wake up the rest of the house. Large well equipped kitchen,plenty of space in the dining room to have 16 of us sit down for meals. Lots of parking in the driveway, we were able to fit 5 cars easily. The pictures and description of the house are spot on. Easy drive from both DC airports. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Place for a Family Gathering
My family — spouse, kids and grandkids — gathered for a week at this property for Thanksgiving — a total of 19 of us — and it was a great house that served us well! Plenty of room and beds, lots of space for people of all ages. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was perfect for a large gathering. There were actually 2 kitchens which made it easy for us to store all the food and beverages we needed for a wonderful Thanksgiving feast! Easy to get to and close to stores. And only about 25 minutes to DC, which made it simple for us to sightsee for multiple days during our stay. I definitely recommend this house!

Perfect family reunion
We just stayed here for an extended weekend, and I can’t say enough good things about this property. The neighborhood is quiet, grocery and restaurants are close and convenient, access to highway/tourist attractions was simple and easy. The house is incredibly well stocked with anything you might need as a family, including baby items and simple toys which we really appreciated as we all traveled from across the country to have our reunion. It is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and we had the best time. So much that we decided to forego seeing city sites and spend the day on the house together instead just relaxing and enjoying the comfort of the home. I would definitely book this again. Thank you to the hosts for their top notch hospitality!

Plenty of Space
This house works fantastic for a large group. There are plenty of rooms for everyone and several different areas for people to hang out in. There is driveway parking for multiple cars, which was nice. We used Dunn Loring as the metro stop closest, plenty of inexpensive parking (by DC standards) and about 10 minutes to get to by car. This house worked as a great home base to explore the DC area. Close to shopping and Safeway and we found several fantastic restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and spices. I also appreciated the little extra things, like having a few pens and pieces of paper in the kitchen, extra dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay again.

Love This House!
We have stayed at this location for three years now. Annually, I bring students and some of their parents as part of our school's 8th grade DC trip. Although it's a bit further from DC, the house is ideally located just a few feet from the bus stop, which is then an easy trip to the Metro. Also, the house's location is perfect in that McDonald's is right there for late-night ice cream, and just down the street from Safeway for those forgotten groceries. The house, itself, is beautiful (more than students deserve, lol) and is perfect for sleeping girls on one floor and boys two floors away. The kitchen is completely stocked and huge, and the large eating area allows for all of us to cook and share in the meals. The students and adults have plenty of space to hang together or find a quiet corner to read. As a host, Nemeh is WONDERFUL. He checks in regularly and is always available to answer questions and give suggestions. He's a super, accommodating host who has even rearranged furniture ahead of our arrival to suit our needs. I cannot say enough good things about this house. We plan on returning again and again.

Perect for extended family getaway
This home was immaculate. Everything was clean. Furniture was definitely high end, & my son absolutely loved the Steinway piano. We have never stayed in a rental that was this nice. Communication with the owner was prompt, although we had no problems that needed his response other than the wifi password. It was close to plenty of places to eat, grocery stores, etc. Plenty of room for all 16 of us to have our own space & the kids could hang out in the basement while the adults were upstairs. Subway was a 10-15 minute drive away for us to enjoy DC without having to find parking in the city. We would definitely stay again!

Worth it for large groups
This home exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it enough justice. I had friends and family coming from different states for a retirement celebration and dinner and this home was crucial for centralizing everyone in one location for the event. The home was spacious enough for multiple families and friends to include plenty of parking. The owner made checking in easy and the home owner was also readily available/quick to react to any of my questions and concerns. The home was beautiful; was surprisingly stocked with all the cooking utensils, bowls, and flatware you'd need; cleaning supplies and towels were readily available; washers and dryers were available for use; and the house even had a very large dinner table(s) that was able to seat 18 that was totally amazing. The only knocks I have on the house were that the refrigerator and ice maker were broken by the previous renters and the hot tub was turned off and would've taken over half a day to start back up. However, to be fair the home owner was working on fixing both situations and I'm sure future guests will be able to enjoy them for their stay. The home owner was extremely nice, apologetic, and wanted to make the situation right. But honestly none of that ruined my trip and the rest of the house was amazing enough to help forget about them. If I'm ever back in the DC/Arlington area and need a huge space I wouldn't hesitate to try to rent this house again.

Family Reunion
The house is perfect for family reunions. Multiple families with kids can stay comfortably. They had cribs and other baby stuff that was super helpful. The kitchen is big enough for multiple people to use at the same time. The beds and pillows were definitely good quality. I felt comfortable putting kids and babies to sleep.

Couldn't be happier!
This home is even lovelier and cozier than the photos show! The host, Nemeh, reached out to welcome us and made both check-in and check-out seamless. The property was spotless and well-maintained inside and out. Each of the 18 members of our family slept very comfortably, and the kitchen was stocked with every essential for large family meals. We could not be happier with our stay and hope we can visit again!

Wedding House That Held All Of Us
We had plenty of room. Text with owner is best communication. We like the alarm and ability to each come and go. We wanted to use the hot tub but we ran out of time. Kitchen area and table was the main hang out but oh the basement was great! It can hold more people. We were in town for a wedding and so the full bathrooms helped all get ready when sharing. Beds were comfy. Some were tall. Extra beds in some rooms would help large families. There are plenty of couches and some seemed to be sofa sleepers. Good water pressure in showers and no one had a cold one. The two washers and dryers were great. We had 12 people but plenty of room for double that amount. Kitchen was fully equipped. I couldn’t find a normal toaster but there was a toaster oven. I honestly did not spend time downstairs but the others loved that area. A whole house down there to hang out.

Beautiful property, some construction issues
The property itself was beautiful, I will say there were some hiccups regarding construction. I had planned to use the water filter in the fridge but it was broken. Then the replacement Britta filter was also broken. When I brought this up with the property manager they told me guests didn’t need these features. I used the tub, and it drained quickly on its own. When I mentioned to the owner they said they were sorry about my attitude. Finally and most importantly, when we entered a floor vent was made of plastic. Breakable. I sank my ankle in and sprained it. I was scared for my elderly grandparents and had to stuff it with towels for safety. I brought up all these features with the owners and was told that my attitude was the problem. That said the property was beautiful and we all had a great time. I will say one of the two set of bunk bed rooms aren’t actually in a room but in a hallway, which complicated room assignments. Overall, beautiful property, though would suggest some improvements.

Vacation at the Villa
This is a beautiful property, well furnished and well maintained. They have equipped the place with everything that you need. We were 16 of us with 2 kids and everyone enjoyed the house. The garden at the entrance was beautiful with flowers blooming. Living room is tastefully decorated and nice place to hang out. The kitchen is quite big and equipped with all the necessary utensils. The dining area with a long dining table was a good place to hang out with the family. We had some interesting discussions and debates around that table. The sound of music staircase in the front is beautiful and we took some pictures sitting on the steps. Bedrooms were quite spacious with enough closet space. Beds were very comfortable with enough pillows and sheets. The bathrooms in both floors were clean. There was no shortage of hot water for taking a shower. There is a hot tub in the backyard, unfortunately we were not able to use it due to bad weather and lack of time. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and safe to go on long walks. There are grocery store, bakeries and restaurants very close to the Villa. Overall, This is a wonderful place to stay with your family and friends. We enjoyed the place very much. Nemeh was very helpful, easily reachable any time, and very accomodating, the best host that I have encountered so far in my experience with various Vacation rentals. We thank you Nemeh for renting your house to us. Hopefully, we will get another opportunity to stay at your place again

Well maintained and spacious home
This is the third time we have rented this home for a family event. The home is very large and well laid out for entertaining. The large kitchen is well stocked with cookware and tableware for preparing family meals. The location is convenient to grocery and take out and just minutes from the Washington beltway. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of your guests. Everything is very well maintained. Look forward to renting again.

Great House for Girls Weekend
We booked this house for a girl's weekend for my mom's 70th birthday. The house is beautiful and we all loved it. The host Nemeh was just a message away and answered all of our random questions. We spent the majority of the weekend nearby in Alexandria and National Harbor. The house is conveniently located near the highway and is easy to access. We loved the grand dining room table, the gorgeous staircase, and there was plenty of space and bedrooms to accommodate all of us. I would definitely book this house and stay again.

Wonderful place
The place was clean and had plenty of space for a decent size family gathering. No complaints at all really. Only issue was that the hot tub was not working for our visit.
