”Katerina was very communicative before and during our stay. The house is finished beautifully, and very well outfitted. We enjoyed the small outdoor terrace. The only negative was the limited space for clothing. Since there were only 2 of us we used the loft for our bags, but it was still tight. Street parking was not an issue - if not available right in front, we found a space just around the corner. We loved staying in a local neighbourhood and enjoyed exploring the lovely streets, and...

”The Seaside Villa had damage to do a water pipe burst when we arrived. At first we were very disappointed. But due to high construction on roads in direct area along the beach and the vacant building next door (Scary) we ended up being happy that we had to move. Maybe once construction in area is complete, the location may be OK... Elia Management took VERY good care of us and put us into 2 rooms downtown Chania....Great Location, right downtown were all the stores and places to eat are. ...

There was no other renter in the upper unit at the time which made it even more enjoyable as my kids loved hanging out and playing in the front yard until late in the evening.
