”For a small no frills hotel it was very clean and well kept. The rooms were quiet and it was close to the beach and many great restaurants. It had an indoor pool which was great during the cooler weather.”

”it was a beautiful location and stayed there for Daytona bike week. only problem was that the parking was not paved, and sand was not safe for bikers. I dropped my bike because of that, also TV was outdated and remote did not operate correctly. if they would pave the parking lot i would stay there again and there is always room for improvement and to make it safer to park there.”

”We like that there is a great restaurant and bar on the property and that it is walking distance to downtown St. Augustine. The unit we were in could have been cleaner and the washroom is very old and should be renovated. Also the windows are very dirty and need to be cleaned.”

”The room was absolutely amazing! Loved how big all the rooms were everything was so clean! the beds were super comfy. The big tub in the king bed room was so nice, just wish the jets worked. Loved are stay cant wait to stay again. 10 out of 10!”

”The property was a comfortable place to spend time just relaxing. Just steps to the beach and restaurants. The only discrepancy would be the VRBO description states "Dishwasher" and there is not one available. Also, there are a large selection of pots and pans, but only 3 that worked on the convection stovetop. but being that there was just 2 of us it all worked out fine. ”

Good for couple of nights

"Free parking and walking distance to center. Tea&coffee&microwave&fridge nice. No soundproofing so you can hear neighbors at the front yard and the traffic, so not suitable for light sleepers, otherwise comfortable."
