Upea avoin konsepti tärkein olohuone, täysin varustettu keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone. Keittiössä on kaikki uudet ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniitti työtasot, travertiini backsplash ja mukautetut kaapit. Ruokasali, johon mahtuu 4 henkeä, ja lisäistuimia graniittitasolla. Perhehuoneessa on ylisuuri sektionaalinen sohva 47 'LCD-kaapelitelevisiolla. Nopea langaton Internet ja ilmainen Yhdysvaltain valtakunnallinen, Kanada -puhelinpalvelu. Aivan keittiön vieressä on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivaaja vieraiden käyttöön sekä puoli kylpy.

Makuuhuoneet sijaitsevat toisessa kerroksessa. Yksi Cal-King-makuuhuone kylpyhuoneella ja lastenhuone, jossa täysi kerrossänky. On eteinen kylpyhuone, jossa suihku / amme-yhdistelmä. Makuuhuoneissa on parannettu matto laminaatti parkettilattiat koko muun kodin. Kaikissa huoneissa on 43'-televisio

Truly walkable, great for families
This is truly right across from the tram that takes you to Disney. There is a busy-ish road to cross, but it has stoplights on either side and a median with trees that you could wait on, so we felt safe crossing even with a double stroller. 10 minutes or less to get to security and then hop on a tram! You can also go down a few extra blocks to the cross walk if preferred. Perfect to just walk back for those afternoon naps! You can see fireworks from the condo too!We had 4 adults, a toddler and baby. They provided a pack n play, stroller, and high chair. Also toys and books in the upstairs closet! We had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves! Good water pressure and comfy beds. Only bummer was we couldn’t figure out how stream anything other than Kids Netflix. But there may be a way to get more if you message the owner (we didn’t). Very clean condo. Extra pillows and blankets provided too. I’d recommend this place and we’d definitely stay again.

Second time staying
We’ve stayed here before and will stay again. Best perks are the distance from Disney parks and that it has both a double and single stroller. Managers were very easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Celebratory Disney Trip
The location is great! This is our second trip to Disneyland where we stayed at one of their properties. There were a couple of things that we thought would be different. There were no tissues, the lighting in the bedrooms could be better, a second side-table in the master bedroom, better access to outlets near beds for charging devices, and a table or dresser in the second bedroom would be helpful.

Great distance from Disney
This property was good for the money. Pros: Clean, safe, well detailed and smooth booking and check in, close to Disney. Cons: Musky smell when walking in Really sharp corner when walking up the stairs that should be guarded. We will stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent stay!
Very clean! Great location! Nicely decorated. Loved the option to have groceries delivered before our arrival. The only negatives are minor - the water heater is noisy and some of the bedroom outlets need replaced. But everything else was excellent!

Great Place
This was a great place to stay within walking distance to Disneyland. Instructions with check in and out were very clear with the whole process. The condo was clean and neat when we arrived. However, whoever cleans appears only to do surface cleaning. There was a fair amount of very old dust on fixtures, walls, and near the air vents. We didn't really mind this since we were there to mostly eat, shower, and sleep. It would also be nice if there was a screen on the arcadia door to let some fresh air in when it cools down in the evening but overall this met our expectations. The condo and neighborhood were extremely quiet, we would stay here or in this neighborhood again.

No A/C for 4 Days!!
During the hottest time of the year when the high was 107° and the low was in the high 70s. We reached out about the air issue and was told to reach out maintenance. After coolers were delivered the house was closed up and Rooms were over 95° when we arrived the coolest we could get the room was 89° the next morning when we left for the half marathon. We were instructed to contact maintenance again. Maintenance was called a few times but never answered or called back. As a renter booking through VRBO we were appalled that it was our responsibility to request repair. We reported lack of maintenance response and no attempts from ownership was made to hire an HVAC company to address the issue. Being in the HVAC repair industry I was confident the issue wasn’t about the unit struggling to keep up because it was cycling on and off every few minutes and blowing warm air. We advised our contact of that but it was disregarded. Our daughter spent her 14th birthday sleeping in wet/heat. We were beyond disappointed with how the situation was handled and no offer of refund or credit was offered.

We stayed here to visit DisneyLand which is 5-10 minutes walk away. The neighborhood is calm. The dedicated parking for one car helps a lot.

Short walk to Disneyland
Cute condo just a short walk from Downtown Disney. We were able to go to Disneyland and California Adventures then walk back to the condo for lunch and then walk back to finish our day at the the parks. Super convenient for anyone going to Disneyland or California Adventures.

Great stay!
The host runs a tight ship (which I appreciate) and everything was orderly and comfortable. My only complaint is how dark the master bedroom is; I would have appreciated a floor lamp or overhead lighting. Other than that, great!

Great Location to Disneyland
The location was the best part of this property. It was very close to walk to Downtown Disney. Easy parking spot at the complex. Had strollers to use but we didn't need them. The complex itself was rundown. There was a huge hole in the attic space above the unit that looked like it led into the upstairs master crawl space. There was a metal screen door that had no handle and did not work. The condo was clean. It was stocked with the bare minimum. And there were excessive notes on how much things were going to cost if you lost something or broke it. It made us nervous to use anything because we did not want to get charged. Again, great location to Disney, easy to check in and out, just not the nicest complex.

Perfect location
For going to Disney, unless you’re staying on property, you couldn’t possibly be closer than these condos. Literally across the street from downtown Disney. Perfect for a family of 5-6, and cheaper than two hotel rooms while giving you a lot more space, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, pool, etc. This exemplifies what VRBO is all about.

Surprise Disneyland Visit for the Kids
We surprised our kids with their first trip to Disneyland/CA Adventure and this place was perfect! There were no signs of Disneyland from the way we entered the property and were able to walk to the park and slowly reveal where we were! It we enjoyed the close location and were able to walk to both parks and Downtown Disney with ease. The location allowed visuals of the fireworks each night which was also a big plus. The condo was clean and spacious, allowing everyone to have their own bathroom. We loved taking a break by the pool and eating our dinners on the patio. It was also a quick 30 minute drive the ocean. We couldn't have asked for a better location for a lovely vacation. Thank you!
