”The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.”

”We came up to the house for a few days in October. Weather was beautiful - Lakeview nothing but stunning. The house is very charming. The old NH lakehouse vibes are tangible at all times. Very clean, very well equipped. As the nights were at freezing temperature we appreciated that the house always felt warm and cozy. Amazing place to stay with an extended family.”

”This home was a perfect setup for our family reunion ski weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was the highlight of our nights! Having 2 kitchens was great. ”Well appointed, clearly newly updated. Bedrooms were on first and second floors which made it easier for couples, because the bathrooms were not in the bedrooms. It’s a beautiful property that I’m sure is wonderful year round. The only complaint was the garage was so cold we couldn’t utilize it.”
