Hotels.com agents, the hosts management company, Travelnest had the same issue, hence their vetting & monitoring processes are very questionable. Extremely distressing & frustrating experience. ”We hadn’t appreciated what a gorgeous location this property was in. The view from the front of the cottage over the reservoir is gorgeous, and a first floor reading nook is so cosy and gives the feeling of being by the sea side! The property is really tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home from home. The check in process was really smooth and easy to understand. The weather during our visit was terrible but we would love to come back again with better weather to take advantage of all...

”The staff couldn’t do enough. Everyone was so friendly and polite. I am wheat free and every morning they would always get me some gf toast, quickly and from the kitchen on a separate toaster. The same in the evenings as we are at Ginos twice. Every time we came back to our room they topped up fresh cans of water in the fridge. Highly recommend and will be back!”
