”One of our favorite places to stay on the OBX”

”Unfortunately, I recently stayed at this hotel and had a less-than-satisfying experience. The front desk staff was not very friendly or helpful, making check-in and any inquiries uncomfortable. The breakfast provided was just okay—not much variety or quality. The room and bathroom were both quite small, but on a positive note, they were at least clean. However, the noisy air conditioner made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, it was an adequate stay, but there are areas for improvement.”

”Great hotel; only negatives were the indoor pool was closed for renovation (one of the reasons we booked the hotel since it’s too cold to use outdoor pool right now) and the walls are super thin! ”

”The plantation was friendly and interesting, a bit more out of our way than we expected. Very friendly people, we did not eat the breakfast as we wanted to get an early start and they had not made breakfast at 8am. Great experience one time, not sure we would go back again. ”
