We invite fishermen, nature lovers, and families to check out our rustic retreat, with its open concept LR/DR/kitchen and expansive upper and lower back porches, as well as the boathouse, complete with a expansive, overwater, open-air dock, 1-stall boat lift, and fish-cleaning station?
Our peaceful, spacious log cabin is nestled in quiet No Name Cove, located in Ray Branch on the hottest bass fishing lake in Texas. The large open-air covered pavilion offers shade and breezes spring through fall. The private, concrete boat ramp and fish-cleaning station make your fishing getaway a breeze. Located just minutes from several towns, including Quitman, Mineola, Emory and Yantis makes the cabin the perfect home base for antique shopping; plus, the World-Famous First Monday Trade Days in Canton is only 30 miles south. The guys can fish while the girls shop ‘til they drop! Also, each town has various festivals, fairs, and other activities throughout the year.
The Colorado ash interior, floor-to-ceiling custom stone fireplace, hardwood floors, and open floor plan with incredible lake views make this cabin one of the best places on World Famous Lake Fork. Whether you choose to sip iced tea (or wine) on the back porch, take your boat out on the lake, or roast marshmallows in the outdoor stone fireplace, you’ll feel stress just melt away. The grassy area in the front of the house is quite large—with ample room to play catch or touch football. We also have horseshoes and corn hole available. Imagine the fun your family can have!
If you don’t have a boat, no worries—fishing is an option right off the dock. Or, contact The Boat Rental at Lake Fork. They can deliver and pick up from the cabin.
Enjoy the well-lit pathway to the boathouse with tree lights, or tell stories under the Edison-bulb lights on the back porch and patio area. Sunsets on the lake are spectacular, and the stars at night are big and bright!
Prefer to stay indoors? We’ve got you covered there, as well. With the wall of French doors, you can enjoy the lakeviews from inside. Play games, enjoy free WiFi, watch cable on DirecTV, or snuggle up while you watch a movie. Family bonding time has never been better.
The well-equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a butler’s pantry with beverage fridge and all the appliances, pots and pans and cooking utensils you need to prepare meals for your family and friends. Cook up your catch of the day, or have a crawfish boil. However, if cooking isn’t your thing, you can visit one of the several local restaurants for some good home cookin’.

THINGS TO NOTE:
1. Host is not liable for any incidents in regards to the house, boat house, property, and/or lake.
2. With the recent popularity and increased frequency of online meetings, we want to let guests know that our Internet may not support online video conferencing calls. They do connect, but often there is a delay, which can be frustrating for people on both ends of the call. Also, streaming on multiple devices at the same time can exacerbate this problem. Thanks!
3. Because we are now living in a world with COVID, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance that will cover "pandemic" when you book your stay. We have a strict cancellation policy and will not refund payment. Thanks for understanding.
NOTE: We do not allow RV hook-ups on this property, but there are several RV parks situated around Lake Fork.
