The hotel also did not respond to my contact several months in advance or told me that they cannot provide the accessibility wishes I presented and that the information they provided about accessibility is false. we were able to check into the hotel only 2 hours later than promised without refunds, and we had to spend more than half of the trip with only one room card, "
