”Filthy and disgusting. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Smells like damp mouldy cheese that we later found out to be the drip tray behind the fridge. It was liquid and mouldy. The toilet seat was loose and wouldn't tighten. The skirting boards were dirty and dusty. We found a mouldy sponge under the kitchen cupboard. No toilet roll. No hand wash. Mouldy bathroom. Dirty toilet. Bins hadn't been emptied. Dead woodlice in the bedroom on the floor. Dirty on top of the fridge. Brown bug...

”Hotel was comfortable and room very spacious. The food was good. Parts of the hotel are a little worn but had some nice period features. No alcohol in bar but allowed to take your own. Very central to holiday entertainment and activities. Would stay again.”

”Arrived at reception little apprehensive after reading some reviews...man on check in was very nice .. arrived up to our room was a lovely room very clean ..tea/coffee left for us in room ..there was a hairdryer..fresh towels ..couldn't fault it nice clean walls done lovely ...yes the reception area and some of it needs updating but for how cheap it was to stay for one night I wouldn't complain at all ”

”Greeted by a really friendly host. Parking was available for free at the back of the hotel. Room was just up the stairs. Room had 2 small double beds and was clean and tidy. ”We have just stayed in the Prom Hotel overnight and had a wonderful stay. Staff on arrival really friendly and check was quick and efficient. We were in the family suite, which was two separate rooms with a small adjoining corridor and lockable door. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfy and quality bedding, however carpets were tired and could do with replacing but hotel itself was lovely and modern.
