”The house was nice and the owner was great to deal with, she provided a lot of local knowledge on things to do. I will say that it is on a surprisingly busy road. But the horses were great and the family loved to give them apple slices and carrots. Overall I would recommend it to anyone looking for something like this. Also it’s not too far from Bar Harbor and Arcadia.”

”It's a lovely home and comfortable,perfect for a Maine vacation. As with most older homes with older furnishings there is always extra mantenance needed over the years (having grown up in a house in Uk that was Elizabethan at one end and Georgian at the other I can attest to that!) A suggestion would be to address the dust on the drapes, especially upstairs, and most importantly the dust collection on the window blinds, especially at their lower edges. In addition we had problems with having...
