”Very spacious and comfortable room, the bed was huge! Lovely and cosy. This is a very traditional grand hotel in the centre of Chester and was beautifully decked out for Christmas, the level of service was top notch, though we were only there for one night we were very well looked after. The carpark with direct access to the hotel was a bonus as was the complimentary continental breakfast, which was delicious and very generous. ”

”A superb night away from home in a beautiful area. The Pheasant is immaculately maintained. The rooms are stylish and scrupulously clean. The restaurants, again, are beautifully decorated and the food is perfect. Staff are all friendly, polite and generally lovely. I can’t recommend this place too highly.”

”Very comfortable stay, large room with lovely view. Large bathroom with large bath. Highly convenient service area to make tea/coffee and breakfast. Very clean. Historic property with beautiful lounge area. Excellent parking in safe location. Highly convenient to travel to Liverpool and Birkenhead whilst staying in a rural location. ”
