”Amazing location, lovely staff. Stayed here during the Australian Open Tennis. Lots of players and their coaches etc staying at the hotel.l which was cool. The rooms and features in the rooms are a bit tired and could do with a refurbishment. Shower pressure was also low. Overall happy with the stay and would probably stay again…”

”Located in a great location just outside the CBD and very convenient. Very close to public transport. The room is clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom is clean and spacious. The highlight is the bed, incredibly comfortable and the pillows are so fluffy, had an amazing nights sleep. Both check in and check out was easy, staff were lovely and very professional. Would highly recommend ”

”The hotel is in a need for renovation. The bathrooms are way too old. We visited the hotel also about 7 years ago and it’s aging quickly. It’s conveniently located within a walking distance to the grounds of Australian Open tennis tournament (the reason for our staying there), but for the next visit to Melbourne we will select a different hotel.”

”The property’s location is excellent. The hotel just needs some renovation, there is no outlet on the bedside tables, no clock either. Little things but would be nicer to have them. Staff is excellent. Very very helpful. I would recommend this property however there is construction right next to the building. ”
