”We really appreciated how the staff were able to accommodate our request to have adjoining/connecting rooms, which amplified our stay considerably as it felt like a two bedroom apartment. He concierge was also exceptionally helpful with recommendations and even used his own personal credit card to make us a reservation to St Marks Basilica while were out at dinner”

”The old school style is nice and the staff is supernice.
Sustainable this place is not, no recycling. Also the private boat taxi price is a rip off and there is no shuttle to the airport. I asked for upgrade, as a gold member I did not get it even if the hotel was half empty.
Room service fee 15€, room service coke 12€.

”We arrived in Venice straight from the blue Aliguna Line which dropped us off less than 20 steps from the hotel front doors on a very hot day. We walked into the hotel lobby and our breath was taken away with the beauty and serenity of this tranquil spacious room that used to hold mass and now has an amazing chandelier and lush furniture with a very clean aesthetic.
