”Hotel diferenciado com arquitetura exótica. Recepção boa, porém achei o cheiro ruim, poderiam valorizar o cheiro do ambiente, pois é muito positivo na construção de uma marca. Suíte maravilhosa! Melhor banheiro de hotel que já fiquei. Café da manhã mediano. Ponto negativo é a piscina Aquecida que fecha às 20:00h nas terças. Chegamos no hotel às 19:30h e não conseguimos desfrutar desse banho relaxante. Se tratando de Europa 8:00 da tarde está tudo claro. Uma pena ”

”This was a remarkable hotel--friendly staff, terrific, serene location. I enjoyed the area very much. The spa was well maintained and perfectly sized. It was a welcome relief after traveling the previous week. Its location along the promenade was terrific--perfect for running, walking, just enjoying the vibe of Getxo. Be sure to get out to the local places to eat/drink. I would highly recommend this hotel--especially for its staff.”

”The air conditioning didn’t work in the room so it was too warm and there were no fresh air. Water pressure in the shower was very Wi-Fi was impossible to connect and we didn’t manage to do it. The room was clean but I didn’t consider it as a 5 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us tips for our stay in Bilbao.”
