”I would stay again ”

”The room looked very run down, stains EVERYWHERE, the textiles are very worn and old and stained, some of the electrical appliances didn’t work like some lights and the phone. Funniest thing though was that i paid for a nice view on a higher floor, but the massive and heavy light blocking curtain was broken and couldn’t be rolled up. I asked the staff to fix it but they didn’t, so i had to diy and prop it up myself to be able to see even half of the view that i paid for. Only good thing worth...

”Only negative thing were elevators that did not always work properly and during peak hours it took a long time to get to the room or down to the lobby”

”I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a room with a balcony which was nice even though it was winter. The only problem was that my key card kept malfunctioning. It was only good for one use and then I’d have to go to the front desk for a new one. I didn’t put it near anything magnetic so I’m not sure why that kept happening. Either way, the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel is near the subway and a few deli's and was a great stay for the price. ”

”We stayed for two nights on a business trip. The location is great! The room was quite spacious but worn. Airconditionong was very loud and did not seem to be heating at all. You could hear the noise from the street very clearly so we had to sleep with noise cancelling headphones. The staff seemed frustrated in general and did not even wish us a good day when we left or ask how our stay was. We ender up changing hotels for our remaining 3 nights and it was definitely worth it.”

”What an unusually perfect hotel for Manhattan. It's clean, classy, calm, family friendly, and next to all the stuff you love about New York, from Italian joints on 9th Ave to Broadway theaters around the corner. I've stayed there multiple times now and it's better each time. ”

”This place is definitely not worth the money, it is outdated and needs definitely an upgrade. The pool is not private as it has windows to the bar hallway and cafe and there is loud music playing. Also the showers are right there on everyone’s display so essentially no one can really was themselves before hopping into the pool. Sauna has paint chipping off the woods and actually the stones are supposed to cover the heating pads in the stove but they do not, which can be dangerous. Also you are...

”Hotellissa on henkilökuntaa seisomassa mutta ei kertaakaan auttaneet esim oven avauksessa. Ilmastointi huoneissa on vaikeasti säädettävä joko liian kuuma tai kylmä aina. Näkymät ikkunasta suoraan ns roskalavalle. Siivous hyvää tasoa. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla 200 m valoihin, mutta nyt viisastuneena ymmärsimme että kaikki maksaa monta kertaa enemmän tuolla alueella kuin 300 metriä kauempana. Sisäänkirjautumisessa jäi henkilökortti sinne ja sitä ei saa heiltä pois, joten huolehtikaan hyvin...

”We had absolutely wonderful stay at the Moxy Times Square. Staff of the hotel is just amazing. Every day greeting and asking that everything is ok. In all cases if some help needed, they were very helpful. Room was nice and quiet and also very clean. Shower the best I have experienced in any US hotel.
