”Lovely Friendly staff. Accommodating with room change. Good very good and nice size portions. Gluten free fish and chips was amazing. Only minor downs, No gluten free biscuit in room as promised. No exchange of gluten free bread with starter (wasn’t hungry enough to ask, I’m sure they would have brought if asked) Bathroom, walls looked very wet and paint peeling off. ”

”This is the place to go when you want to feel special. I travel a lot and the service is 6*. Bed linen was lovely, location and that special “drive up to the door” and relax. They even had a special cake in the room for my birthday. Only recondition for any already superb service are: Cost of wine! ”

”Hotel was well situated for us to visit local attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful Price of accommodation and evening meal including drinks was very reasonable. Nice touch of a complementary small bottle of Prosecco in the fridge in the room Will not hesitate to return and to recommend ”

”This is a very pleasant place. It is tastefully decorated and the bar offers a lovely space to grab a drink or a coffee at the end of the day. The breakfast area is elegant and overlooks the green back garden. My room was underground. It wasn’t dark but I could hear the cars that parked nearby and people walking on the road. However since this is a generally quiet area, this was not a major problem. The shower cubicle in my room needed maintenance because the water did not drain well. Otherwise...

”It is a beautiful hotel with a great history. All the staff were great. Lovely breakfasts. We were there 4 nights and had one dinner there which was great. We wanted to explore Cheltenham the other nights. Only hiccup was on our third day as elderly we decided to make use of the hotel first class facilities (out door heated swimming pool etc) and the most beautiful and comfy lounge. And although our room was empty at 10am , housekeeping did not service it until 3pm in spite of requests. ”

”This B&B was great, just outside Bath. They had newly renovated rooms, very comfortable and bathroom looked almost new. Extra touches, like water bottle, bath products. Wifi worked well. There is also a restaurant/pub, but I did not have time to test their dinner menu, maybe next time! Breakfast menu was wide and very good! I would definitely recommend.”

”Really friendly and welcoming host with tea and freshly baked cake. Room was spotless and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and we also had freshly baked muffins. You won't go wrong by staying here!”

”Beautiful Manor Hotel in the most picturesque village set in the hills of the Cotswolds. The staff did everything to make us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Walking trails were close to hotel and beautiful. Golf course was excellent and golf club was great food and service. We will definitely be back.”

”Lovely house, room was a good size, comfortable bed, decent linen. Good onsuite shower. Breakfast preordered and delivered to room as still have Covid restriction in place. Parking available but a bit tight getting in and out if other cars there. Hosts friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Definitely better than Doubletree Hotel down the road and half the price. ”
