”Extremely good customer service which made us feel extremely welcome. The location couldn’t have been any better if you think about all the ‘Grand Ile’, land marks or a tram stop. Also a walk from the railway station took only 10min. A breakfast was really good but price (32€) is double the price other hotels provide so we had the breakfast mostly in other hotels. ”We stay regularly at this hotel but one matter remains the same every time. Fitness room equipment are always in some extent broken or malfunctioning. This time cross-trainer worked in both visits few minutes before shutting down. Furthermore multifunctional weight device was partially broken. In every visit I mention these matters but there is limited or no progress in relation to these. This is rather unacceptable for five star hotel. ”

”This property is in the PERFECT location. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel wasn't overly busy during our stay so we were upgraded to a canal view room. the bed was comfortable, the room clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The only thing we had an issue with, which probably isn't the hotel's fault but the way they do things in Europe, is one night our room was too cold for our comfort and they told us they couldn't change the thermostat because they were on summer mode. ...
