Huoneemme oli lisäksi juuri päivitetty/remontoitu, joten senkin osalta oikein positiivinen kokemus. Hotellin kattobaari ja uima-allas olivat kirsikka kakun päällä. ”This was my second stay at JW Marriott Venice. It has not turned for the better over the years, unfortunately. The facility is showing serious signs of wear and tear. Gardening is sloppy. Housekeeping is underpar. I had a small experiment and decided to watch a loose piece of trash I found on the bathroom floor at arrival - it was still there at the time of check-out three nights later. ”最高のホテルでした！前日はヴェネツィアの別のところに泊まっていて、すごく良くなかったので急遽このホテルを予約して朝一で移動して来ました。それにも関わらず、もう出来上がっていた部屋があったみたいで、朝からお部屋に入れてくれました。またウェルカムドリンクや、お菓子、メッセージカードなどすごく歓迎してもらえて素敵なホテルでした！お部屋も広々していて、清潔感もあり、リバービューを予約したのですが、部屋を入った時から川が見えるぐらい眺望もよかったです。夕方にはターンダウンがあり、夜はシャッターを閉めて寝ることもできるので、安心です。周辺の治安もヴェネツィアの中で1番くらいに良いエリアだと思います。専用の水上タクシー乗り場もあるので、ぼったくりなどに遭わずに、乗れることもいいと思いました。このホテルに泊まってよかったです！”

”The old school style is nice and the staff is supernice. Sustainable this place is not, no recycling. Also the private boat taxi price is a rip off and there is no shuttle to the airport. I asked for upgrade, as a gold member I did not get it even if the hotel was half empty. Room service fee 15€, room service coke 12€. Rip off. ”
