”The rooms were very attractive, but not necessarily functional. Bed on platform caused us both to trip, bathtub had no grips on the tub floor. Cement floor was cold and the rattan rug Also cold. In room coffee was not very good. I would appreciate a complementary cup of coffee in the morning brewed in the lounge area. The restaurant on the roof was very nice. ”The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!”
