”It was a lovely experience for the child, he got a gift when we arrived and felt very special. We got a lovely room upgrade also and the breakfast was wonderful on the first morning. Dinner was not great at the restaurant, my salad was full of water on the bottom and was very soggy and children's buffet was mostly breakfast leftovers and a bit cold and not great tastewise. The hotel in general was amazing but spa was really crappy, a bit broken and dirty (so not worth the money). Our nice room...

Breakfast OK as expected at a hotel at this level though breakfast hours during the weekdays could be a bit longer as the service ends already at 9,30. Service at the half empty Atrium restaurant in the evening was stiff and slow, even a bit rude.”

The sofa had a lot of white stains on it and I don’t even want to think about what those were. Tha ventiltion didn’t work and worked too well at the same time giving me a cold”

Excellent location in the heart of the city

"Good location close to the central station with excellent connections all over the town. Smooth service at the reception and spacious room with all needed amenities. Breakfast OK as expected at a hotel at this level though breakfast hours during the weekdays could be a bit longer as the service ends already at 9,30. Quite dated and little dirty, but well situated

"Quite dated. No fridge or minibar, which should be the norm on this level. The sofa-bed was in no way fit for adult even if it was sold as such. The sofa had a lot of white stains on it and I don’t even want to think about what those were. Tha ventiltion didn’t work and worked too well at the same time giving me a cold"
