”I noticed from the other reviews that our experiences were unfortunately quite similar: 1) When we first arrived to our room, there was a wet and dirty towel dumped in the corner of the bathroom. We just removed it, felt like it is waste of time to complain about it. However, it left us thinking that is the room properly cleaned? 2) We needed to chase the cleaners who just didn't do their job. When we went out there was a cleaner guy who asked if we wanted to get our room cleaned, we said yes...

”Great location and friendly staff. Cafes and grocery store 5mins away. Walking distance to Airport and bus services at the door. Rooms weren't very soundproof, but the bed was super comfortable. Our air-conditioning didn't work so we had to leave our door open all night. We mentioned this to reception in the morning and they apologized profusely ans said we should have reported it and they would have sorted it. Yes, we should've. We would definitely stay again though. ”

”Loved the area that we found ourselves in and loved the eco-friendliness of the hotel overall. The breakfast was pretty good, but for the bar you needed a reservation (so you can't stay for too many drinks, sadly). One thing of note is that even as a couple we weren't quite ready for the barely-there bathroom doors. It took some getting used to. Another thing is that the room service options, outside of alcohol, were a little lackluster compared to room service options we've had elsewhere.”
