”Really nice hotel, spa was nice. The suites could use some upgrades (the windows) there was water between the glass panels so the view couldn’t be enjoyed as much as it should have been. Especially when the heat was on full as it was -3 and it was just cloudy window panes. ”

”Room was small requested middle floor got top requested bath got shower. Some of the bedroom doors wouldn't shut properly so had to slam them which isn't good when people come in late at night. Good points all clean and a really good breakfast ”

”The bedroom had no lighting above the mirror to dry and style your hair . It Might of been just room 20 that suffered from poor lighting . My parents had room 21 and that had a balcony , and seemed to have better lighting ”

”We really enjoyed our stay - the room was good, clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was lovely, lots of choice and well presented, we ate dinner and breakfast, both very good. The staff were all very helpful and friendly , but one young man, by the name of Joel was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for him, very friendly, pleasant and helpful. In all, a very nice stay.”

”Comfortable nights sleep, the food was excellent, high quality ingredients and cooked beautifully. Only 2 things that where bit of issue was £10 a day parking at hotel, which was extra think for the money you pay to stay, it should be included. The hotel spa wasn’t working due to refurbishment but didn’t know about it until we arrived .”

”My stay at The Grange Hotel was pleasant and the staff went out of their way to help me in terms of room comfort and a slightly early breakfast (I had to leave earlier than breakfast start time). The food was tasty and of a good standard. In terms of the room, whilst it had a view towards the sea, I would have expected a larger room for the price but this is fairly typical of this type of property ie the charm of the place is in the character of the building and grounds....and this place does...

”The service needs improvement. We may be unlucky been served by a by a new employee ( I hope it was just a new employee or an untrained one). I ordered a drink a the bar and I actually explained to the lady how to do it - it was just an Apperoll spritz- nothing fancy). On the dinner , after we ordered, after 15 minutes, she came back asking us if we want to order something. The next morning, she forgot to bring me the breakfast ( after 30 minutes of waiting I informed another colleague and...

”My stay was great from the moment I got checked in by Persia who was lovely and even offered to see if the kitchen would prepare me something even though they had just closed. After my long journey from London it was a very good welcome. My room had a beautiful window with a view of the Lake and the mountains. The rest of the staff from the bar to the restaurant was really accommodating and kind. It’s within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, cinema and the lake of course. ”
