”Lovely hotel. We had a room upgrade as it was a birthday which was great. Customer service when we arrived on reception was not great. There was no enthusiasm to see us or smiles from the man. I think he was new as unsure in himself. But even so he could be more welcoming ”

”Good hotel but unfortunately there is a lot of work being do it, the staff are very friendly and hard working the let down is the pool is not in use as they are working on it, not the hotels fault but Hotels.com could have been more informative it was only when I read a review about the pool then went back their website there is a line through pool but it is very faint apart that the food was good and will back when the work is done.”
