”The best things I can say are that the room was clean and the location was good, the staff were all very friendly. Otherwise, the room was tiny. No room for or storage for luggage or clothes. Only one side of the bed had a night table. No refrigerator. Lights flickered several times and the shower — which had questionable water pressure to begin with — would lose pressure mid-shower. Not what we expected even for holiday weekend rates: it was $300/night and when we arrived they charged a $200...

”Great staff - front desk was helpful and even gave us late check in. Only issue is that they don't answer phones so you have to physically walk down to front desk. Room is more spacious than expected. Great hotel if you're spending most of your time outside and central location in the city.”

”Needed a budget place for just sleeping in a central Chicago. For that purpose excellent choice due its location (metro + walking distace everywhere). Quiet+clean hotel and safe location. The attached pub on the street level is nice. Would come next time for a similar trip. Would need a bit of renovation already and definitely more power sockets around the room table ;) Some coffee to go and small stuff to eat in the lobby during mornings would be great. ”

”The hotel staff was amazing, everyone was kind and helpful and made us feel welcomed to the hotel and the city. We enjoyed walking to most places since the location of the hotel was very central, the subway stops were also very close by. I can really recommend this hotel and its staff - they really made our vacation a memorable one. ”
