”Hotel was nice and nicely located. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the pool. We walked to the beach. About ten minutes from the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. Only negative was the next morning we woke to not having any water. We had to call the front desk to find out what was going on. They informed us that the city wanted them to cut water for a determined time. I would think it would've been the hotel contacting their guests and inform them about this...

”Totally unacceptable policy of check out time of 9:00am! The normal check out time for other similar units and properties in the area is 11:00am. Check in time is 4:00pm and the only way to extend the check out time was an additional fee (not even a full day). Completely inflexible when they acknowledged there was no one checking in the same day as my departure. Will never rent from Southern Vacation Rentals again.”

”We liked the location of this property. It was a nice property in good condition. We did not like that there was no directions on where to turn things on (i.e. lights, fans, dimmers, outside pool lights, and the pool deck and firepit area were not cleared of fallen leaves.”

”Great location, right in the center of everything. Family friendly environment, pool area was kept very clean. Across the street to a private beach access. Room was clean, we had the 3rd floor balcony street view. Description says Ocean View but due to the home's built on the beach you lose that "Beach View". Other than that we had an amazing week. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Would differently recommend and revisit again..”
