”I love the privacy of this property!! We received a warm welcome. Staff very courteous, friendly, and respectful. Check-in process relatively easy. Did have issues with phone not working and major concerns with drainage, especially toilet and shower. Lock to the french doors broke and it took them 1 1/2 days to fix. Need a map for guests to facilitate with awareness of amenities. I did love that they had bikes to use in the island!! Understand the challenges of being on a private island but...

”We love this island resort. We got sad leaving this place. If you’re considering booking here, just do it and you won’t regret it. Great food, awesome people and great diving amenities. The only downside was getting sad when it’s time to leave. We will definitely come back.”

”Judith is the very best hostess who will go out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful, welcoming experience not only at her guesthouse but the whole area. She's so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. She scheduled a night boat ride on the Decalachao River which runs through her property to see the fireflies, stars (literally out of this world), and luminescent plankton. I was heading to another spot the next day and she went out of her way to contact the hotel to arrange my boat pick up at...

”We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. A wonderful surprise awaited us at our checkin, both breakfast and supper were included in the price of our room. (Im not sure if that was mentioned in the write-up about this resort) And the food was great. Our room was clean and comfy although the wifi at the room was sketchy at best. It was good in the common area. The staff, led by Matt, were the best and did everything to accommodate us. ”

”We spend three nights in Al faro and I have to say that it was best hotel where we have been and we travel quite a lot. Notice that hotel is in its own island and there is just j junge around it. It's place where you just can laid back, relax and enjoy most beatiful view. Sea, green islands and perceft sunset. Take your books with you and just enjoy!”

”人の少ないリゾートを求めている方にぴったりかと思います。珊瑚礁の綺麗な海、珍しい魚、満点の星空が見られます。太陽光で加熱した美味しい料理、温かいシャワー、自然に優しいシャンプーなどここにしかない工夫が見られてエコリゾートという名にふさわしいステキな場所でした。一つだけ難点を挙げるとするならばブスアンガ島からアイリス島までは専用の小型船で行くのですが、コロンタウンから船の乗り場までかなり遠いことです。送迎は宿泊費とは別途で30USDかかりました。また強風や暴雨はほぼないと思いますがおおよそ2人乗りの小さい船なので不安定で心配性の方は島にたどり着くまでが不安かもしれません。”

”If you are looking to completely relax then this is the place for you. The staff (Robi, Ryan and 'Steve') go above and beyond to make you feel a part of the Majika family, they even arranged a Valetine's day dinner on the beach for us and on several occasions brought us fresh coconuts grown on site to drink from! The facilities are basic but after this year's planned renovations I'm sure it will become the perfect spot to switch off from every day life and enjoy the beautiful natural...

”To reach the above island, we have to hire a boat from Coron Concepcion Port for peso 4,000. When we reached the island at 1pm, we have noticed that the island has been deserted and not a single soul, only 2 dogs around. We tried to reach the owner on his contact number but the number was no longer in used. It was lucky that the two boat men were with us all the way to the door steps, otherwise we would have been abandoned on this island with no other boat would pass by. We have asked nearby...

”Stayed three nights. Wifi never even once worked during our stay. The staff was polite but nothing really worked like it should and even ordering a couple of beers was sometimes too much to get right the first time. Luckily there is a great restaurant adjacent, Ann & Mike that has great food and excellent staff. Anyone staying at pierhouse I would recommend outsourcing all your dining and drinking needs to Ann & Mike, even the prices were considerable lower there.”
