”For the price, Hibiscus Lodge was as expected. The front desk staff could have had better customer service. Anytime I called to complain about not having hot water, their response “no one else has complained about this, but we’ll send someone.” Umm.. I don’t care what anyone else has complained about, I’m complaining now. Other than the water issue and outdated rooms, it wasn’t a terrible stay. ”Jouduimme odottamaan huonetta kauan ja kun saimme sen, huoneen lattia oli hiekkainen. Seuraavana päivänä pyysimme toisen huoneen toisesta kerroksesta ja saimme sen, joka oli todella ystävällistä. Näköala merelle oli mielettömän hieno ja hotelli sijaitse aivan rannalla joten uimaan pääsi todella helposti. Huoneet oli isot mutta kadulta kuului musiikki pitkälle aamuun asti. Suosittelen silti! Aamiaisravintola hyvä mutta palvelu hidas.”

”While the property itself is beautiful, we did not have the best experience at Whispering Seas renting with Melanie. We arrived to the condo and the security guard insisted we provide the exact condo number. We provided all of the information Orbitz provided us and there was a lot of confusion. Finally, he made a phone call and the owner of the condo didn't even know we were checking in. She had the wrong date and had not sent any check in instructions whatsoever. The condo was clean, well...

”This is the second time i have stayed in this house, this time was glad to see more kitchen supplies and chairs by the pool. However the hot water did not work the whole 2 weeks of my stay, which i was very disappointed in also my last week there was no internet which left me feeling a little stranded. Would stay again if hotwater was fixed.”

”The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again”
