”Lots of dining options and very new facilities”

”The room had space to put luggage on the floor and walk around. The bathroom was big and had the shower and the toilet separated by a glassdoor. The staff were helpful aswell. I stayed here for almost a week and liked it. ”

”Stayed here for 10 nights. The staff were the most friendly hotel staff I've ever met! The people are really friendly, and will help you if you have any problems at all. For example, the WiFi I bought to use around the city didn't work at start, and Stefani was kind enough to actually call the company and sort it out for me, even though it took almost 15 minutes! The location is also great, it has a 24/7 7 Eleven just on the opposite side of the street, and it's right next to the Myeongdong...

”Clean and comfortable hotel room with a nice view. Staff was very nice and professional. The hotel is close to the subway station so the location is good as well. Only minus was that the windows could use some soundproofing, so that the noise from outside traffic doesn't leak in as much. Oh and breakfast was good too. Overall excellent value for your money. ”

”Lotte hotel Mapo is located very near subway station so also the return to airport was easy and not expensive. Shopping center with many restaurants is in the same building so that was very easy to find a place for lunch or grocery shopping. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful and they speak very good English which is not very common for example at restaurants in Seoul. Swimming pool and gym were great. I can recommend this hotel for staying in Seoul.”
