”Almost everything was perfect. The only thing I would improve on is the breakfast food. There were a lot of good options but the flavor of the hot food was just ok. I would definitely still recommend it for a stay but plan on going out for breakfast.”

”The staff was super friendly and personable. Check in and check out was easy. The pool and hot tub area was spotless. The complementary breakfast was delicious and the coffee was strong. We didn’t take advantage of the free dinner or drinks but definitely appreciated the option for it. This hotel was a major improvement from the one we stayed at previously. ”Overall it was a nice stay. I arrived at night and there wasn’t a light switch near the door so I had to navigate in the dark across the room (a king suite) to get to a light. There was remaining debris on the carpet and the countertop in the bathroom still had some dried something or other from the previous guest smeared on it.”

”Stayed 2 nights during ArtPrize. It was walkable to all the exhibits. We enjoyed Grand Rapids except there are no good dining options nearby, only fast tourist food. There is a macaron shop though! The suite was spacious and well appointed. The staff were top rate. Breakfast was pretty good. Liked the rooftop bar with fire pit. Would recommend. ”

”It was ok for the money you pay. Front desk was slow to check in. Clerk was attending a customer on the phone for a long while, while I’m assuming it was the manager sat in the back room, came out and said she would be right with us, but never came out. The clerk was on the phone for a great deal of time and there were other people trying to check in behind us. It was at least a 15 min wait to get serviced.
