”Hotel felt very dated and was very smelly. Assuming they are using febreeze like products to mask years of being a smoking friendly hotel. The parking lot was dark and we half felt like we were on edge walking through the lot as well as the hotel. The room itself was comfy and quiet with a nice view of the water and the food was good.”

”Not alot of options in Digby for overnight accomodations, however The Admiral Inn has been our go to on our trip to Digby. Room was clean, quiet with a balcony to sit out on. We checked in a little later in the evening with a reservation and it was fast and efficient. Will be back.”

AND, it was in a great location to walk around the harbor and quaint village strip of Digby. They were also super flexible when we had to change our plans due to a cancelled ferry and switched our stay from the end of the trip to the beginning, so I give them extra stars for staff and service. ”

”The cottage was an excellent place for our base in the Digby area. Very clean and with a great lay out for 2 couples. The view is amazing and we found it hard to tear ourselves away to visit Digby and Annapolis Royal. Our host greeted us and showed us around the cottage and was able to give us lots of information about the location and surrounding area. The land the lodge and cottages are on was lovely to walk around and there was even a beach area to explore. ”
