”We did late check in and we were behind the hotels door 18:45 and there was nobody. There is no staff after 19:00 and you have to do check in by your self. In the door was message where said you have to ring doorbell until someone answer. Othe vice you dont get door open. Okay, we ring the doorbell 35 minutes and no one answered. After 40 minutes we got in but we have to call another number via mobilephone. Very nice customer service. If you use ”technology” by over staff, pls make it work!”

”The room was good value for money and I have just a few comments overall. - The entry system (app that you have to download to acess the property) was really bad on my android (Samsung S22). It would take around 6 min to be able to open the door to the building, then another 6 mins to activate the elevator and another 6 mins to open your room door. I expected a much easier way to move around the property, but my gf's iphone worked much better, so don't know if it's a app issue or phone issue. -...

”Good hotel to stay, even though an extra 1km of walking to the exact "centre" than from some other hotels in same price range. Good rooms, but some issues as well. First we got room 117 with renovated bathroom, but after second night we had to move since something was leaking water to the room below us. Then we got moved to a bigger apartment 124, but that had a terrible old shower (I hit my head to it constantly even I am only 170cm), also no wasing machine in this one and a smaller kitchen. So...

”Nice and clean room with a balcony. Great location to explore Brisbane. The parking place is small and one night there was no space left for our car. Because of that we parked on the street and not noticing a sign led to our car being towed away! That was of course our own fault. But the hotel staff was absolutely amazing and totally saved us. We had no clue what to do, but the staff made phone calls and even gave us a ride to collect the car. We are so thankful for the exquisite customer...
