We stayed in a room with a kitchenette & they had no kettle, no utinsels - just a microwave & fridge - neither of which worked. Cleaning staff were very nice, but front desk & resturant were generally bothered we were there - i know some of that is cultural, but come on”

”The property was tired and needed a refurbishment. Certain essentials were missing or did nor work. The oven knob was not turning the operating spindle to which it should have been attached,and the Micro Wave turn table didn't turn. Tthere were no plugs in the bath nor the Sink out let and the crockerty was sparse, I would say to summer visitors stay away if you are expecting air con. I had to go out and buy a fan. Other essentials were also missing. No bottle opener, not enough...

”The host owners were excellent, always helpful and good attitude with our questions and requests for meals, sauna, jacuzzi etc. We enjoyed the nye party they hosted with other guests. Food was typical local meals, all delicious and waiting staff very good. We thoroughly enjoyed this rather than going in to the town. Breakfast was a good spread of eggs, cold cuts, hot items, salads, fruits, yoghurt. Location is excellent and quiet. 10min walk to the gondola and ski centre area. And 10min walk...

”Upon checking in after all days travel we were told that we had only booking for 4 guest where we had 5 guests booked with Expedia, then we were told that we only paid 50% of the total amount. We all including 2 very tired you d children waiting in the lobby for 20 minutes before the manager came and sorted it out. Room shower and radiator leaked and we were asked to check other rooms by handing us the key to several rooms on different floors to see if we like any other room to mover to ....

”We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our 2- bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen had sufficient amount of utensils and plates.
