”On the second day my room hadn’t been cleaned by 16.30. When I reported to the reception, they gave me two clean towels. I demaded that the room needs to be cleaned or they have to move me to a clean room. They informed me that the housekeeping will arrive in 20 min and I can wait in their ”rest room” which was a space on the 1st floor without windows. There was a restaurant in the hotel as well. I wonder why not offering a beer there while I had to wait ultimately for 40 min for the...

”One room with comfortable beds - yes, but the appartment was also located in an awful neighbourhood, the floor was coming of, bathroom in a horrible condition and to top it all, there were be bugs in both of the beds. I could not recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Only positive thing was the nice lady in the reception. ”Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, sondern nur öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Unterkunft ist nicht sehr sauber. Man bekommt keine Antwort vom Besitzer. Es gibt auch kein 24 Stunden Front Desk. Als wir gebucht hatten, stand sogar noch dabei, dass man die ganze Unterkunft alleine zur Verfügung hat, das stimmt aber nicht, es ist nur ein Zimmer. Die Treppen sind sehr steil.”

”Great very large apartment that could easily be used for long stays. Very modern, very safe. but minor issues: 3 of 6 fire sensors were missing/stolen? No microwave. Power sockets at each bed used by lights so no spare sockets for chargers. Street parking very difficult, pre-book limited onsite parking a must. Claimed 24/7 WhatApps support but messages unanswered.”

”The property was great! Stayed in Medici suite. Had a wonderful bar/screen room area. The only downside was that they were experiencing a mosquito issue in the master bedroom/bath suite. This caused an uncomfortable sleep stay. To their credit they offered a credit to buy plug-ins and spray, and stopped by to try and resolve the issue. However, this only resulted in dead mosquitos all over the floor…note too that master bed faces street so you hear everything pass your window all night long....
