”Having spent years staying in National chain hotels this pub was exceptional & a breath of fresh air. Friendly helpful staff, comfortable bed & clean on suite rooms. Breakfast was probably the best freshly cooked that I've ever had. 5* for me. I would definitely recommend.”

”Third time we have stayed here. Very convienient, nice breakfast, friendly staff. The let down was Room 12 which has restricted head room which is a particular issue if you wake at night. Was not aware of this when booking though now ive looked at reviews, others have commented on the same issue. Will definately stay again, just not in that room.”

”Agnes is so welcoming and a ray of sunshine! The breakfast is a very high standard, your bedroom will be furnished beautifully and the beds are comfy. Located close to the center and free parking. The hosts will go out of there way to explain the attractions near by. Highly recommended and will be back, has made our visit to cornwall very enjoyable. ”

”A beautiful little hideaway central to anywhere you want to go in Cornwall. Lovely peaceful little site. Tina is a beautiful soul who is so helpful. We will be returning and fully recommend to anyone who loves the simplicity of peace and tranquility. The pods are small cosy and homely. The dogs and horses are a joy to watch and be around. Our furbaby also had a very relaxing short stay with the freedom of the outside area. Perfect. Thank you from us both. Lisa and Mark Burge. ”
